HIRING EVENT (In-Person)

Certified Home Health Aides, Certified Medication Aides, Certified Nursing Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses, Psychiatric Nursing Assistants, Registered Nurses and Resident Assistants

Dates: Walk in every Wednesday starting on April 22nd, April 29th, May 6th and May 13th. 

Time: 2pm to 4pm

Location: Christian Health, 301 Sicomac Avenue, Wyckoff 

When you arrive for the Hiring Event, please park at the Human Resources/Finance Building. Complimentary parking will be available in this lot. To access the parking area, enter the campus at the traffic light, turn right onto Dykhouse Drive, and take the first right into the Human Resources/Finance Building parking lot. A Christian Health shuttle bus will be available every 15 minutes to transport you to the event location. Once inside the building, you’ll see the reception area on your right. Please let the receptionist know that you’re attending the Hiring Event, and they will guide you from there.

Visit our beautiful 78-acre campus in Bergen County to meet with hiring managers and nurse leaders from our post-acute and long-term care communities. Candidates can walk in anytime during the two-hour window to meet with Recruiters and Hiring Managers from Christian Health, and participate in job interviews on the spot. Full and Part time positions available.

Schedule: Full-time and Part-time 7am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm and 11pm - 7am.

Hourly Pay Rates plus shift and weekend differentials:

• Certified Home Health Aides:
  • Hourly Rate Range: $17.00 - $22.00

• Certified Medication Aide (CMA): 
  • Full time hourly rate: $20.50
  • Part time hourly rate: $22.50
  • 2nd shift differential: $1.60
  • 3rd shift differential: $0.85
  • Weekend differential: $2.00

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):
  • Full time hourly rates: $19.50 to $22.50. Full-time are eligible for a sign on bonus of $2,500.
  • Part time hourly rates: $21.50 to $24.50
  • 2nd shift differential: $1.60
  • 3rd shift differential: $0.85
  • Weekend differential: $2.00
•  Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN):
  • Full time hourly rate:$29.00 - $40.00. Full time are eligible for a sign on bonus of $5,000. 
  • Part time hourly rate: $32.00 - $43.00. Part time are eligible for a sign on bonus of $2,000.

  • 2nd & 3rd Shift Differential: $3.90

  • Full time weekend differential: $2.00

  • Part time weekend differential: $5.35

• Registered Nurse (RN):
  • Full time hourly rate: $36.00 - $47.00. Full time are eligible for a sign on bonus of $5,000.
  • Part time hourly rate:$39.00 - $50.00. Part time are eligible for a sign on bonus of $2,000. 
  • 2nd & 3rd Shift Differential: $4.30 
  • Full time weekend differential: $2.00
  • Part time weekend differential: $5.35
• Psychiatric Nursing Assistant (PNA):
  • Full time hourly rate: $17.50
  • Part time hourly rate: $19.50
  • 2nd shift differential: $1.60
  • 3rd shift differential: $0.85
  • Weekend differential: $2.00

• Resident Assistant (RA):
  • Full time hourly rate: $16.50
  • 2nd shift differential: $1.60
  • 3rd shift differential: $0.85
  • Weekend differential: $2.00

When determining a base salary or hourly rate, several factors may be considered as applicable such as years of relevant experience, education, credentials.
