Compensation: $18 to $24 per hour.

What You'll Do:

Assist equipment operators, excavation managers, and skilled tradespeople to ensure projects stay on schedule.
Prepare, load, and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment for transport to various worksites.
Utilize pipe and grade lasers with proficiency to assist in precise excavation.
Operate small power tools and hand tools (rakes, shovels, brooms) for various construction tasks.
Set up and dismantle ladders, safety barriers, and temporary structures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free job site by securing tools and equipment daily.
Participate in on-the-job training to expand your skills in plumbing and excavation.

What You Bring:

Previous experience with machine operation (excavator, backhoe, or skid steer) is a plus.
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred; a Sewer Layer License is preferred..
A commitment to understanding and adhering to all company safety requirements.
A self-motivated attitude with a desire to learn the trade and grow within the company.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

Must be able to stand, walk, and kneel for long periods throughout the day.
The job requires regularly lifting and carrying heavy items, which can weigh up to 75 pounds or more.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. May work in extreme temperatures, including heat, cold, and humidity.
