POSITION DESCRIPTION: Physical Therapist

LOCATION: OSI Physical Therapy Clinics - West St Paul, MN

REPORTS TO: Regional Director 

PRIMARY PURPOSE:   

As a Physical Therapist at OSI, you will play a key role in helping patients achieve their goals and return to the activities they love. You’ll evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and guide them through their recovery journey. Along the way, you’ll also collaborate with a talented team, mentor support staff, and help foster a positive and patient-centered clinic culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver exceptional patient care through evaluation, treatment planning, and implementation.
  • Utilize a variety of treatment approaches, including modalities, manual therapy, exercise instruction, and patient education.
  • Supervise and delegate to Physical Therapist Assistants, Athletic Trainers, and Clinic Support Staff as appropriate.
  • Accurately document patient progress and ensure compliance with payor requirements.
  • Support a collaborative, team-oriented clinic environment that fosters learning and growth.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, education, and training opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and represent OSI within the community.

Requirements:

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our W St Paul team, with the opportunity to also support patients across any of our 8 clinics in the east metro area.  A current MN Physical Therapist license is required. OSI is willing to reimburse the expense of the license. 

 
Qualifications:

  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (preferred)
  • Licensed in MN; willingness to obtain WI license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience in outpatient Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine preferred
  • Flexibility and Willingness to work at multiple locations if needed
