Powder Coating Assistant

Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Powder Coating Assistant, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our powder coating processes for MDF cabinet faces, including doors, drawers, and end panels. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment dedicated to producing high-quality cabinetry components.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation and handling of MDF surfaces for powder coating.

- Operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently, applying coatings to cabinet faces, doors, drawers, and end panels.

- Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and adherence to specifications.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols at all times.

- Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving coating issues as they arise.

- Assist with inventory management of coating supplies and materials.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Prior experience or familiarity with powder coating processes is preferred but not required.

- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, standing for extended periods.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.

- Basic understanding of safety procedures related to manufacturing and coating operations.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
