Job Description

Vitrolife is seeking a motivated Embryologist Intern to support quality control and research activities within our Mouse Embryo Assay (MEA) laboratory. This internship provides hands-on experience in embryo culture, assay testing, and regulated laboratory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with routine mouse embryo assays (MEA)
Support embryo culture, morphological assessment, and media development projects
Troubleshoot and help maintain sensitive culture systems
Perform general laboratory duties and maintain accurate documentation
Adhere to GLP, SOPs, and internal quality and regulatory standards
What You’ll Learn:
Fundamentals of embryo culture and IVF-related quality testing
Application of MEA in raw material and finished goods quality control
Operation of laboratory systems within a regulated environment
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Biology, Zoology, Animal Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 1 year of embryo or cell culture laboratory experience required
Strong communication skills and basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
