Histotech / Grossing Trainee - White Plains, NY, Monday to Friday, 2:00 to 10:30 PM

Pay range: $24.00 - $28.00 / hour; Employee may be eligible to receive shift differential of 10% for some or all hours worked on second shift and 15% for some or all hours worked on third shift. Additional details on shift differential will be provided if an offer is extended. 

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

The Histotechnician/Grossing Technician Trainee position is for an individual who meets the educational requirements outlined in the corporate policies outlined above, but does not have the bench experience. The individual will be trained either as a grossing technician or as a histotechnician. The individual will be moved into the intern (I) job grade on a temporary basis until training is complete. The individual in this position will perform all work under direct supervision until general and/or technical supervisor have approved individual to work independently.
