Job Description
Guardian has an opportunity for a Full-Time Resident Services Coordinator to join our team at 1200 Building, Lexington Apartments, Park Tower Apartments and Rose Schnitzer Tower!
These are four apartment communities in Portland, Oregon with a combined unit count is 540 units.
The general purpose of this position is to support the Community Manager’s efforts to ensure that the properties meet all ownership goals and objectives, to enforce Guardian Management policies and procedures, and to adhere to Fair Housing and Landlord Tenant Laws at all times.
A Resident Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating resident service activities and services provided by public agencies, nonprofits, business members, and community members. This position will examine the needs for on-site activities and services, establish community relationships, and organize programs with a strong focus on outcome-based goals.
For this position, we are seeking a dynamic self-starter who enjoys working with others and excels in a fast-paced customer service environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional and communicative. Previous experience in healthcare or a related field and/or one year of prior experience working with diverse populations is preferred.
Compensation: $31.76 / hour.
Schedule: 40 hours / week; Monday - Friday.
