As a Full Time Analyst in the Marketing Leadership Development Program (MLDP), you will have the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with experts to help define and manage our brands, conduct customer and market research, and drive customer acquisition and engagement. You will collaborate with our partners to produce marketing and promotional materials, oversee external vendors and agencies, measure the impact and effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and perform with excellence and a risk and controls mindset to ensure error free executions.
MLDP starts with hands-on training, followed by three eight-month long rotations across our lines of business and corporate marketing team. You’ll build your foundational knowledge, professional skills, and experiences as you take on a rotation in each of the following areas: Marketing Analytics, Strategy and Execution, and Brand/Creative. Upon successful completion of the program, we will support you in identifying your next role, as you build your career within the Marketing organization at JPMorganChase.
