Job Description
Andrews Cadillac Mt Juliet is seeking a Quick Lube Technician.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions
Complete efficient vehicle inspections
Document repairs and oil level needed
Communicate oil level and vehicle details with other technicians
Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation
Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter
Clean and lubricate fittings as needed
Provide excellent customer service by listening to and considering customer needs
Qualifications
Vehicle repair/oil change process experience preferred
GM experience preferred
Strong desire to learn and advance into a full-time Automotive Technician role
Must have effective time management skills
Must have effective communication skills
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have a clean/acceptable driving record
Must be willing to participate in a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Must have a valid Driver’s License
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Physical/Environmental Requirements
Medium Work – Medium work involves lifting no more than 50 pounds at a time with frequent lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds
Environment – Requires frequent exposure to heat, cold, noise, and both inside and outside conditions
Must be able to read, write, and have repetitive motion of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, climb, stretch, etc.
