We're looking for a motivated, personable, goal-driven Leasing Specialist who is ready to make an impact, build relationships, and help future residents find the perfect place to call home. This is your chance to join a company that believes in working hard, having fun, and providing an exceptional experience for our residents and team members. This is a seasonal position which runs from late May to late August. 

What You’ll Do

As our Leasing Specialist, you’ll be the heart of the community experience:

• Welcome future residents and guide them through the leasing journey
• Showcase apartment homes with confidence and personality
• Use strong sales techniques to meet—and sleigh—your leasing goals
• Deliver top-tier customer service to residents, guests, and prospects
• Assist with resident communication, tours, market surveys, and office tasks
• Help maintain a beautiful, organized, and inviting office, clubhouse, and models

When You’ll Work

• Our Leasing Specialist will work on-site at a beautiful apartment community.
• Schedules may include weekends, with flexibility as needed
• Please note this is a seasonal position which runs from late May to late August only

Physical Requirements

You should be comfortable walking the community, lifting up to 25 lbs. and keeping the property looking tour ready.
