We are looking for a hardworking maintenance technician who wants to grow with our company and be a strong team player. This is a great opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to providing excellent customer service. The ability to speak Spanish and prior maintenance experience are not required but are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete work orders and make apartments ready for move-ins in a timely and efficient manner.
• Quickly respond to tenant service requests and handle accordingly.
• General Handy person duties for building and apartment maintenance.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License required
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. required and other physical requirements
• Willing to train the right person
• Experience in various areas of painting, electrical, heating, plumbing, appliance, or general repairs preferred
• Criminal background check required
