Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and personable Receptionist to join our team and serve as the welcoming face of our organization. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk operations and providing exceptional service to our clients, visitors, and staff. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, greeting guests, scheduling appointments, and handling various administrative tasks with efficiency and a positive attitude.  

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Manage and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings for staff and management.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with telephone systems.
• Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in a busy environment.
