SUMMARY

We’re looking for a Field Surveyor to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who’s energized by new locations, values autonomy, and has a sharp eye for detail. You’ll travel throughout the U.S. capturing existing building conditions using laser scanning and point cloud technology. Your work is the critical first step in converting real-world spaces into professional AutoCAD and Revit drawing sets

What You’ll Do

  • Travel to project sites (retail stores, restaurants, banks) across the country
  • Conduct full interior and exterior building surveys using scanning technology
  • Work solo in vacant buildings, strip centers, and operational facilities
  • Collect, label, and upload point cloud data, field notes, and site imagery
  • Coordinate remotely with our CAD/BIM team to ensure data integrity

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with travel-based work is strongly preferred
  • Comfortable being on the road 3–5 days per week and working independently
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility in the field
  • No prior experience with point clouds, LiDAR, or CAD is required — we provide full training
  • Professional, dependable, and detail-driven
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to fly
