We are seeking a Phlebotomist & Front Desk Coordinator for our Santa Barbara, CA location. This dual-role position supports both clinical and administrative functions to ensure a smooth, welcoming patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

Phlebotomy

  • Perform blood draws safely and accurately.
  • Process, label, and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis.
  • Follow safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.

Front Desk

  • Greet, check in, and check out patients professionally.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Answer phone inquiries and provide service information.
  • Verify insurance, collect payments, and support billing needs.
  • Keep the reception area organized and welcoming.

Qualifications

  • California Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) required.
  • Medical front desk or administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
  • EMR experience is a plus.
