Job DetailsJob Location: Headquarters - Bryan, TX 77803Position Type: InternshipSalary Range: $15.00 - $16.00 HourlyJob Shift: DayJob Summary: The Human Resources Administrative Assistant is responsible for administrative duties related to the operations of the human resources office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for organizing and managing physical and digital files, documents, and records. This can include creating new files, labeling and categorizing documents, and ensuring that items are up to date.
Assist with organizing HR documents and disseminating them to employees and managers in all offices.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills, Qualifications and Abilities:
Must be fully bilingual in Spanish and English
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Must have attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidential information and sign a confidentiality agreement.
Detail-oriented and able to identify errors or discrepancies in data or documents. Should be able to maintain accurate records and ensure that paperwork is complete.
Some knowledge of human resource functions.
Works with little supervision, strong leadership skills, and capability of working with diverse personalities.
Ability to handle stressful situations when they arise and make sound judgements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional attendance.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and the ability to learn other programs.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
