Pay Range: $24.00–$29.00 per hour
Travel: Up to 80%

About the Role
The Field Service Engineer I supports product installation, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective repair of medical and industrial equipment. This is an entry-level, hands-on field service role for someone with electro-mechanical troubleshooting experience who is comfortable working independently and supporting equipment in the field. 

Key Responsibilities
• Perform product installation on medical and industrial equipment
• Complete preventative maintenance and corrective repair services
• Troubleshoot equipment issues to the FRU level
• Service electro-mechanical products in the field
• Work with complicated wiring harnesses and sensitive electronic components
• Use common service tools including vacuum/pressure meter, frequency counter, and digital multimeter 

Required Qualifications
• High school diploma required
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Ability to troubleshoot to the FRU level
• Experience servicing electro-mechanical products
• Experience working with complicated wiring harnesses and sensitive electronic components
• Familiarity with vacuum/pressure meter, frequency counter, and digital multimeter
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time
• Must have your own vehicle available for work use 

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with optical products
• Command line experience
• PowerShell experience
