Qualifications
You have an undergraduate degree in Architectural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related discipline, or a minimum of 5+ years of experience as an electrical contractor. You have experience in the AEC industry with exposure to construction documents, drawings, and field coordination, and a strong understanding of construction processes with an electrical focus. You are proficient with Bluebeam, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel, and possess strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

General Role Description
AE Design is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Construction Administrator to support project teams during the construction phase across Colorado and nationwide. This role focuses on assisting with the coordination and documentation needed to help ensure projects are executed in alignment with design intent. This is an excellent opportunity for an early career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in construction administration in the AEC industry. You will work closely with internal design teams and external partners to support day-to-day construction phase activities while building a strong foundation in project execution. In this role, you will assist with responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, and participating in construction site observations.
