Position Overview:

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a "self-employed" mentality? Premium Production is looking for a Production Blender to help in the critical process of mixing at our Hildale, Utah, location. This isn't just manual labor; it is a high-stakes role requiring precision, integrity, and a commitment to cGMP excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Precision Blending: Coordinate with Grinding Specialists to receive materials, weigh blends accurately, and verify weights against strict specifications.

  • Equipment Operation: Manage the movement of blend totes to the tumble room, operating industrial mixing machinery to ensure product uniformity.

  • Material Handling & Staging: Safely dispense blended powders into barrels, seal liners, and apply identifying labels. Ensure all barrels are wiped down and staged correctly for warehouse transport.

  • Quality Assurance: Strictly follow SOPs and documentation processes. Complete all sanitation and cleaning checklists to maintain a sterile, organized work environment.

  • Reporting & Collaboration: Participate in daily drills and team meetings.

  • Continuous Development: Engage in ongoing training to improve communication and technical management abilities.


What we’re looking for

  • Physical Capability: Must be 18+ years old, able to lift 50 lbs regularly, and comfortable standing for an 8-hour shift.

  • Technical Knowledge: High school diploma or equivalent required. One year of experience in an FDA-regulated industry (Dietary Supplements, Pharma, or Food) is highly preferred.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 111 and cGMP regulations is a major plus.

  • Mindset: Clear communicator.

  • Technical Literacy: Comfortable with Google Workspaces and capable of following complex, data-driven procedures.

Pay: Hourly, $19 to $23/hr

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
