We are seeking a dependable Production Technician to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on position supports metal component processing through cleaning, deburring, bending, pressing, machining support, and other production operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in manufacturing. Training is provided for motivated candidates with strong work ethic and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do

• Operate machinery and manufacturing equipment used in metal processing (cleaning, deburring, bending, pressing, basic machining)
• Load and secure metal parts onto machines or worktables using hand tools and fixtures
• Remove completed parts and stage for next process
• Follow written and verbal work instructions and production standards
• Maintain clean and safe work areas
• Wear required safety equipment (PPE) and follow all safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED 
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and safety guidelines
• Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, measurements)
• Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Previous hands-on, warehouse, fabrication, machine operator or production experience is a plus but not required

1st Shift - 6:00am-2:30pm
2nd Shift - 1:00pm-9:30pm
