Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and hospitality-driven Server/Bartender to join our Front of House team at Napa Kitchen & Bar Westerville. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivers exceptional guest experiences, and is equally confident on the dining floor and behind the bar. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring efficient, high-quality food and beverage service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, knowledgeable table service in a polished casual dining environment
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and accuracy
• Guide guests through menus, offering thoughtful recommendations on food, wine, beer, and cocktails
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and service area
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure seamless service
• Manage multiple tables and bar guests while maintaining a high level of hospitality
• Accurately enter orders and process payments using the POS system
• Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including side work and inventory support

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a server and/or bartender role in a full-service restaurant
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, beer, and food pairings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive, professional attitude
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
