Job Description
We’re seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to join our growing team in a rewarding day-shift role supporting clients across West Seattle, South Seattle, White Center, Burien, Tukwila, Renton, and nearby communities. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy meaningful, hands-on work—building trusted relationships, providing comfort in home settings (including pets), and helping older adults maintain safety, dignity, and independence in daily life. Pay is $23–$25 per hour, depending on certification and experience, and we welcome those ready to bring reliability and heart to a role where their work makes a real difference every day.

Who Excels in This Role:
A valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and a willingness to drive clients
CNA or HCA certification required
Prefer a high school degree or GED
One year or more of experience supporting older adults
Must be 18 years or older
Must be available for Day Shift and Short Shifts
Clear background check and drug test
Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats)
How You Support Daily Life:
Build trusting relationships by offering warm companionship and meaningful emotional support that encourages comfort and connection
Assist with daily living activities such as hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, and other routine tasks, always with respect and care
Help maintain a safe and organized home environment through light housekeeping and general household support
Provide transportation assistance to medical appointments, errands, and community activities that promote engagement and independence
Deliver consistent, attentive caregiving that enhances overall well-being, safety, and quality of life
Offer compassionate companionship and emotional support to seniors while contributing to a team dedicated to meaningful care.
