JOB SUMMARY

These roles support the full lifecycle of cannabis production-from plant care and cultivation to harvesting, trimming, and packaging-while ensuring compliance with all company SOPs and regulatory standards.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Cultivation (Plant-Focused Responsibilities):

Perform daily plant care including watering, pruning, defoliation, and transplanting
Monitor plant health and report pests, mold, or nutrient issues
Assist with feeding schedules and fertigation processes
Maintain clean and organized grow rooms

Post-Harvest (Production-Focused Responsibilities):

Trim, buck, and manicure cannabis plants to quality standards
Assist with drying, curing, and storage processes
Maintain clean workstations and follow sanitation protocols

OTHER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Follow all SOPs, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements
Support inventory tracking and product movement (METRC experience a plus)
Assist with quality control checks
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must be 21 years of age or older
Ability to work in a physically active environment (standing, bending, lifting)
Comfortable working in high humidity, strong plant odors, and varying temperatures
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS

Previous cultivation, trimming, or production experience
Cannabis industry experience
Familiarity with METRC or regulated environments
