About the Role:Join the Bastrop County Emergency Food Pantry & Support Center Inc as an Inventory Control Clerk, where your organizational skills will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to provide food assistance to those in need. Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels.
• Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing food donations.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare and organize inventory for distribution to clients.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize inventory processes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Utilize inventory management software to streamline operations.
• Provide excellent support and communication with volunteers.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs safely.
• Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
