Inside Sales Representative - Stiltz Homelifts

As a Call Center Representative, you will manage a high volume of inbound, outbound, and online inquiries from customers who have already expressed interest in our products—no cold calling. You’ll guide customers through a consultative sales process, qualify their needs, and confidently move them to the next step in their buying journey.

This role operates in a technology-driven, fast-paced environment and requires comfort working across multiple systems and screens simultaneously while maintaining a warm, professional, and empathetic phone presence.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with Customers: Establish trust and position Stiltz solutions to enhance safety, independence, and quality of life

• Consultative Sales: Listen actively, ask strong questions, and guide customers through a structured sales process

• Educate & Inform: Provide clear, accurate information about our products, services, pricing, and project details using our proven communication approach.

• Appointment Setting: Communicate the value of in-home consultations and schedule appointments for our sales team.

• Meet Performance Goals: Achieve quality, productivity, and turnaround time expectations in a fast-paced call center environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, or inside sales role preferred.

• Flexibility: Ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Communication Skills: Strong phone presence and the ability to connect with customers in a professional, friendly manner.

• Results Orientation: Motivated by goals, metrics, and outcomes

• Technology & Multitasking: Comfortable navigating CRM systems, scheduling tools, email, and internal applications across dual screens
