Perform observational quality control of hidden solder joints and determine accept/reject criteria in conjunction with AOI operators. Operate X-Ray machinery and handle physical loading and unloading of PCBs weighing up to 10lbs.

Qualifications

You have experience working in an electronics manufacturing environment and are proficient in performing observational quality control of solder joints. You are able to operate X-Ray machines and AOI equipment to determine accept/reject criteria for PCBs.

Job Description

Essential Functions

  • Perform observational quality control of hidden solder joint quality.
  • Work in conjunction with AOI Operators to determine accept/reject criteria.

Required & Preferred Education/Experience/Skills

  • Previous work experience in an electronics manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • 1+ years of similar work experience is a plus.
  • Past IPC Certification is a plus.

Work Environment/Physical & Mental Requirements

  • This position operates in a manufacturing assembly environment.
  • Requires constant operation of X-Ray Machine and attached PC.
  • Requires physical loading and unloading of PCB's weighing up to 10lbs.
