Responsibilities
You will assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a group home setting with personal hygiene and daily living goals. You will also provide support for individuals with complex behavioral challenges and help them engage in community activities.
Qualifications
You have a High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 months to 1 year of experience in direct care for individuals with developmental disabilities, including experience with severe behavioral challenges. You possess strong communication skills and are patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible.

Caregiver DSP for Behavioral Group Home
Pay Rate: $18.45-19.80 per hour
Schedules are regular and consistent
