  • Monday-Friday: 8:30am-5:00pm
  • No weekends

Job Description:

If so, look no further, Rise Children's Center is hiring Behavior Technicians and/or Registered Behavior Technicians to join our all in-clinic ABA Department. We are a brand-new state of the art facility serving individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We strive to create an environment that is client-centric, supportive, and dependable for the families and populations we serve.

We offer flexible schedules, paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician, and competitive pay based on education and experience. Rise Children's Center offers supervision and training that is required for Behavior Technicians to advance their ABA careers in terms of becoming a Registered Behavior Technician through the State of Michigan. Additionally, we provide supervision for graduate students seeking their board certification to become a BCBA!

Behavior Technicians will:

  • Work one on one with children that are diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Implement individualized programs for your client focusing on increasing independence in activities of daily living, social skills, gross and fine motor, functional communication, and play
  • Continuously collecting data on skills as well as target behaviors
  • Building strong rapport with families and children we serve
  • Maintaining a positive attitude to create a collaborative work environment amongst BCBA's, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Therapists
