Job Description
Keep payments moving when exceptions happen. As a Transactions Specialist II in Lockbox Operations (Review & Repair), you’ll investigate validation failures, verify documents, and fix transaction issues—choosing the right outcome (process, reprocess, or return) to ensure accurate, on-time completion.
As a Transactions Specialist II supporting the Review & Repair function in Lockbox Operations, you will research exceptions, verify documents, correct transaction issues, and determine the appropriate outcome (process, reprocess, or return) to keep work moving accurately and on time

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
Additional hours and/or mandatory overtime may be required during peak volume periods and based on other business needs.
