We're seeking dedicated individuals to join us as a Relationship Banker. This role is perfect for those who thrive on providing unparalleled customer service and creating meaningful connections with customers.

Compensation: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of our bank's products and services.
  • Handle deposits, withdrawals, payments, account openings, and check cashing with accuracy, ensuring compliance with bank policies.
  • Build and nurture relationships with customers, earning their trust and loyalty through exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve branch goals and ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
  • Conduct financial conversations with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
  • Provide exceptional service at all touchpoints, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
  • Maintain a polished and professional demeanor in both appearance and communication.
  • Complete other assigned tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping people.
  • 1+ year of banking customer service or sales experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Willingness to travel & assist to other locations and work Saturdays as needed.
