Key Objectives

  • Enter, update, and maintain data accurately within company databases and case management systems.
  • Review documents and verify information for completeness and correctness.
  • Assist with organizing and filing electronic and physical records in compliance with legal protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with attorneys and administrative staff to clarify data discrepancies.
  • Support the preparation of reports and documentation as required.
  • Adhere to all confidentiality and data protection policies in handling sensitive legal information.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data entry processes and suggest practical solutions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in office administration or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably within the legal services industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and case management software is advantageous.
