Position Summary

We are seeking a Customer Journey Specialist to guide our customers throughout their entire vehicle purchase process. This is a full-time, non-commission role focused on delivering exceptional service, clear communication, and trusted advice in a no-pressure environment.

First Year Earning Potential: $60,000 - $90,000+

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Welcome and consult with customers to understand their vehicle needs
  • Present transparent, one-price vehicle options clearly and confidently
  • Manage the full vehicle purchase process, including paperwork, financing, trade-ins, and delivery
  • Present and explain available vehicle protection packages after financing, ensuring customers understand their options without pressure
  • Maintain consistent, proactive communication to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Collaborate with dealership teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Uphold a non-commissioned, no-haggle sales approach

Work Environment

This position requires working at our dealership in Murfreesboro, TN. Saturdays and some evening work is required.
