The Medical Assistant will assist providers with patient examinations, treatments, and clinical documentation in a cardiology setting. They are also responsible for maintaining treatment rooms, managing medical supplies, and performing essential clerical duties.
Qualifications
You have a High School diploma or equivalent, or one year of applicable job-specific experience, and are certified in Basic Life Support (BLS). You are also expected to obtain Medical Assistant certification within six months of hire.

Schedule: Full Time days, Monday - Friday, 8a - 4:30p

Assist with the examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a provider (Physician or Advanced Practice Provider).

• Prior CMA experience preferred. Cardiology experience highly preferred
• MA Certification and/or Registration in good standing through AAMA, AMT, NCCT, NHA
• Must either be a Certified or Registered Medical Assistant or in school currently to obtain your
CMA/RMA.
