This position is located at 766 Brackbill Rd, Gap, Pennsylvania, 17527 United States

Role Summary

Shift: Monday - Thursday; 5:00pm-3:30am

A URBN Coordinator should be a motivated team player with a positive attitude and possess good organizational and communication skills. Individual should be able to function well in a multi-task environment with attention to detail, and willing to accept new and diverse assignments. They must be able to work with all organizational levels including fellow-employees, customers and management.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assist Leads/Leadership team with day to day functions in assigned department  

  • Monitor productivity and communicate/discuss adjustments in assigned department   

  • Clear communication across multiple levels in the URBN organization   

  • Maintain a positive attitude and flexibility in completing special projects and/or changing business priorities  

  • Research department specific questions from other areas of the company, including Contact Center, Home Office, and the Brands  

  • Abide by and enforce SLA compliance in designated department  

  • Maintain high level, proactive communication utilizing radios and emails  

  • Perform department specific tasks as assigned by Supervisor/Manager  

  • Must be able to work overtime as required  

  • All other duties assigned by Supervisor/Manager  

Role Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school degree or GED is preferred
  • Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards
  • Able to operate department-specific technology to execute job tasks i.e. RF scanners or desktop computers and touchscreens
  • Exhibit strong computer, problem solving and reporting skills
  • Maintain acceptable attendance and must be able to work overtime as required  

Physical Requirements

  • Stand and walk throughout a shift 
  • Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods 
  • Reach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 pounds 
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely as required for the position (i.e. pallet jack, box cutter, carts) which requires coordinated movements

Pay Range

Starting from USD $19.75/Hr.
