Compensation: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (DOE) + Monthly Team Performance Bonus!

Schedule: Mon/Tue (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM) | Wed/Thu (6:30 AM – 3:30 PM) - Enjoy every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday OFF!

Your Role as a Clinical Partner:

• Clinical Excellence: Partner with the Drs. Gentry during a variety of general and cosmetic procedures.

• Patient Education: Be a "Smile Advocate," guiding patients through their treatment plans with a friendly, professional demeanor.

• Safety & Organization: Maintain high-standard sterilization, instrument setup, and accurate digital record-keeping in our fast-paced environment.

• Team Collaboration: Jump in to support the clinical and front-office flow to ensure a seamless patient experience.

What We're Looking For:

• Certification: Valid Arizona X-Ray Certification and Dental Assistant (DA) Certification are required.
