Overview

Are you ambitious and ready to earn real money? Our Newark sales team is growing, and we’re looking for motivated individuals to join a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

This is a full-time role where you’ll generate leads, meet with customers, and close deals from start to finish. With weekly pay, guaranteed earnings, and uncapped commissions, average reps earn $1,200–$1,500 per week, while top performers can earn $2,000–$4,000/week, translating to $65K–$100K+ annually.

  • Build your skills daily through hands-on experience, training, and ongoing coaching
  • Set goals, stay consistent, and work toward hitting and exceeding targets
  • Represent Mpower with confidence and professionalism while growing into leadership opportunities

Requirements

  • 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Available Monday–Friday, 11 AM–8 PM
  • Motivated to earn real money
  • Sales experience is a plus but not required
