Summary: PM Service Technicians preform scheduled preventative maintenance on customer farms to prevent reactive service needs and to keep the customer milking systems running smoothly.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Preventative Maintenance: Complete routine maintenance tasks according to type of equipment.
• Customer Support: Provide excellent service during field visits and build positive rapport with farm owners.
• Documentation: Produce timely service reports and maintain accurate records of time and parts used.
• Safety & Biosecurity: Follow company and farm biosecurity protocols to protect animal health.
• On-Call Rotation: Remain reliable during scheduled on-call timeframes to support our 24/7 dairy partners.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Skills: Ability to learn how to use trade tools.
• License: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (to operate company vehicles).
• Physical: Ability to lift up to 70 lbs., climb ladders, and work in various farm environments.
• Mindset: A positive attitude, "can-do" spirit, and a passion for supporting the dairy industry.
