As a State Farm Agent Team Member - Receptionist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to State Farm policyholders. You will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, assisting with payments, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members. RESPONSIBILITIES:
