Gutters by Berger Home Services is looking for an Outside Sales Rep who enjoys being in the field, talking with homeowners, and turning opportunities into closed deals.

We’re a well-established company (19 years in business) known for doing quality work and standing behind it with lifetime warranty options. We’re growing, and we need another strong rep who wants consistent opportunity and unlimited upside.

This role is a great fit for someone who’s confident, coachable, and motivated by performance pay.

WHAT THIS ROLE IS
  • Straight commission
  • High earning potential based on performance
  • As many leads as you can handle
    • Some are confirmed appointments
    • Some are warm opportunities that need follow-up to get your foot in the door
  • No cap on income. The more you produce, the more you earn.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Run appointments and close jobs for:
    • Gutter installation
    • Leaf guards
    • Repairs
    • Cleanings
  • Follow up with leads consistently and professionally
  • Inspect, educate, and recommend the right solution
  • Communicate clearly with the office so jobs run smoothly
  • Keep your pipeline organized and moving daily

WHO YOU’LL DO WELL AS

  • You’re comfortable meeting homeowners and guiding a sales conversation
  • You’re consistent with follow-up and don’t let leads sit
  • You can explain value clearly without being pushy
  • You like performance-based pay and want control over your income
  • Sales experience helps, but work ethic and follow-through matter most
