Key Responsibilities

  •  Deliver exceptional service through phone, email, and in-person interactions 
  •  Assist clients with billing inquiries, coverage updates, and claims follow-up 
  •  Identify needs and recommend insurance solutions that enhance customer protection 
  •  Build strong rapport to foster trust, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty 
  •  Drive retention through proactive renewals, policy reviews, and consistent follow-up 
  •  Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience

  •  Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills 
  •  Customer service and/or sales experience preferred (but not required) 
  •  Comfort engaging in consultative, solution-oriented sales conversations 
  •  A calm, positive, and resourceful approach in a fast-paced environment 
  •  Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses—training and support provided
