Qualifications

You are proficient in observing cardiac monitors, identifying EKG rhythms and dysrhythmias, and reporting changes to nursing staff. A technical cardiovascular program completion and Monitor Technician certification are preferred.

-          36 Hours Per Week, Day Shift (7:00 am – 7:30 pm)    

Bryn Mawr Hospital

-          36 Hours per Week, Night Shift (7:00 pm – 7:30 am)

-          2/4 Weekend Program, Night Shift

-          2/4 Weekend Program, Day Shift


Position: Monitor Technician
Shift: Various – See Above (12 hour shifts/36 Hours per week, with every 3rd weekend rotation)

Experience:
One year of experience as a monitor technician preferred.

Education:
1. High School or GED equivalent.
2. Preferred completion of technical cardiovascular program.

Licensures/Certifications:
Preferred certification as a Monitor Technician.
