What you’ll accomplish with us

As a Wash Bay Technician, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

• Prepare and wash vehicles for service

• Pay close attention to debris such as road tar and environmental particles

• Perform washing and claying of vehicles

• Follow instructions, procedures, and processes to maintain consistent service quality

• Maintain strong attention to detail

• Properly check and maintain equipment to avoid damage to customer vehicles

• Learns new tasks and processes quickly and accurately

• Stands out for their ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining quality

• Demonstrates strong attention to detail

• Is recognized for their reliability and consistency in following established processes

• Has basic knowledge of how to wash a vehicle

• Holds a valid driver’s license

• English proficiency requirement (if applicable): Beginner, intermediate, or advanced level of English proficiency, as the role involves daily communication with team members and supervisors
