Scope of Position
The Ultrasound division encompasses fixed and mobile Ultrasound equipment located in University Hospital, East Hospital, James Cancer Hospital and OSUWMC Ambulatory Imaging locations.
Position Summary
The Ultrasound Technologist performs sonographic exams and procedures for the diagnosis/treatment of disease or injury. In addition, the position provides patient education and performs quality assessment activities for the division, under the direction of the Imaging Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
For Hire: ARDMS or ARRT (Sonography) registry required. Previous ultrasound experience is preferred.
Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check. A drug screen or physical may be required during the post offer process.
