You possess strong compassion for animals and their owners, excellent dexterity for precise tasks, and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure while collaborating effectively with your team.

At Green Valley Animal Hospital, full-time veterinarians can receive a customized first-year compensation package totaling up to $200K, based on experience. Choose the structure that fits your goals — a higher guaranteed base salary or a larger signing bonus.
This package is designed to be flexible and achievable based on your experience and preferences.

This is not a high-volume, high-pressure environment — you’ll have the time and support to practice medicine thoughtfully, build client relationships, and manage cases at a comfortable pace.
