This position will be part of the team that will facilitate Eden Housing's strategy for engaging external and internal stakeholders in Eden Housing's branding efforts.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Help organize and streamline our digital photo and video libraries, including implementing a practical and intuitive tagging and metadata system. Watch and catalog hours of interview footage, identifying subject matter, people featured, themes, properties, years, and other relevant details. Assist with maintaining and improving our digital workflows across platforms such as Notion and other cloud-based storage tools. Support the team in proactive problem solving (spot issues, propose solutions, and help execute fixes with minimal hand-holding). Participate in internal video or on-camera moments as needed; comfort being filmed is a plus. Engage with staff at all levels of the organization, across diverse backgrounds and communities. Bring strong ideas, enthusiasm, and a willingness to jump into new projects. Optional: Lead our weekly Friday social series “Internviews,” where you’ll pitch, create, and host content of your choosing.     SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities. QualificationsEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Computer literate with basic familiarity organizing digital media (or at least comfortable navigating platforms that store photos and video). Interest in communications, marketing, or video production. Comfortable developing and using tagging/metadata systems to organize media. Familiarity with or willingness to learn Notion and AI tools. Self-motivated, works well independently with light direction. Proactive problem-solver who brings solutions, not just problems. Comfortable interacting with people at all levels of an organization and across various social classes. Brings creativity: full of ideas, and ready to collaborate. Hard-working, but knows how to have fun; that’s our team culture.     CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS  None   LANGUAGE, MATH & REASONING SKILLS Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.  Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
