Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Communication

  • Be the friendly face of our shop. Greet every customer warmly — in person, on the phone, or by email — and make them feel valued from the start.

  • Listen with care. Understand customer concerns and clearly communicate solutions in everyday language — not jargon.

  • Set expectations clearly. Explain what needs to be done, how long it will take, and what it will cost, always keeping customers informed along the way.

  • Stay connected. Provide updates throughout the service process, and follow up afterward to ensure complete satisfaction.

  • Resolve issues with empathy. Turn frustrations into trust by taking ownership and finding solutions that make customers feel heard and appreciated.

Service Coordination

  • Schedule and confirm appointments while keeping the shop running smoothly.

  • Communicate clearly with technicians and managers to ensure everyone is on the same page.

  • Keep records accurate and organized — attention to detail keeps customers happy and operations efficient.

  • Track progress on each vehicle and ensure every promise made to the customer is kept.

Building Relationships & Customer Loyalty

  • Proactively suggest helpful services or maintenance based on customer needs — never pressure, always support.

  • Make every customer feel like family — follow up after visits to thank them and check on their experience.

  • Handle any issues quickly and professionally, always aiming for a positive resolution that earns trust and repeat business.

Qualifications & Skills
