Job Description

SUMMARY OF POSITION 

The Validation Intern is a temporary, entry-level position in the Validation Department. The Validation Intern is responsible for performing administrative duties such as scanning, binding, filing, archiving documents, data gathering and will participate in special projects. 

ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE

 

The Validation Intern reports to the Cleaning Validation Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Primary responsibilities of this role include the following:

  1. Scanning and Binding of Validation documents.
  2. Filing of documents
  3. Data gathering for trending review
  4. Additional duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  1. Currently enrolled in college or university
  2. Proficient in computer use (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with ability to learn new computer applications
  3. Strong oral and written communication skills
  4. Ability to comprehend and follow Standard Operating Procedures
