Job Description

Bravera Bank has a position opening for a full-time Relationship Banker in Killdeer, ND.  Bravera is an employee- and director-owned company that is committed to helping our employees forge a new path in their career. A successful Relationship Banker will quickly process customer transactions in an accurate and friendly fashion and present Bravera positively and professionally, while building strong relationships with customers and helping them fulfill their financial goals through referrals to other departments within Bravera.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Assist customers with accurate processing of their transactions while providing quality customer service.
  2. Process commercial and personal deposits, credit card payments/cash advances, savings bonds, cashiers checks, check orders, telephone transfer requests and Tax & Treasury deposits.
  3. Accuracy in handling, maintaining and monitoring cash drawer.
  4. Balance and verify adequate levels of cash in the vault.
  5. Open and maintain deposit accounts, Internet banking, Debit/ATM cards, wire transfers, address change requests and IRA accounts.
  6. Cross-sell all bank products and services.
  7. Know and follow current banking policies and regulations relating to the deposit and withdrawal of funds.
  8. Monitor and verify internal control processes and procedures relating to the Teller area.
  9. Open and follow safe deposit box procedures.
  10. Customer problem resolution.

Qualifications

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of post-secondary education preferred
  2. 1-3 years of banking experience or customer service experience
  3. Ability to be an independent thinker
