is Regional Director for Modern Woodmen Fraternal Financial, where he focuses on advisor growth and leadership development across Eastern and Central Tennessee. With more than 12 years in financial services and a family legacy of over 50 years with Modern Woodmen, he brings deep knowledge and a passion for helping others succeed. Outside of work, Blake is a competitive golfer and enjoys an active family life with his two sons.
Charlie Pratt
is a Financial Representative with Modern Woodmen, beginning his career in 2016 straight out of college. He is passionate about making a meaningful impact on families and his community, staying deeply involved in church activities and local events. Outside of work, Charlie finds fulfillment in serving others and building lasting relationships through his community engagement.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Member Consultation: Meet with client members to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Networking: Build and maintain a network of client members through referrals, networking events, and community engagement.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry changes and enhance sales skills.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed business development goals.
