Position Overview

We are seeking Teachers (Toddler & Preschool) for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time opportunity (35–40 hours/week) for educators who are:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a nurturing, engaging classroom environment
  • Design and implement play-based, developmentally appropriate curriculum
  • Facilitate indoor and outdoor learning experiences
  • Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Build strong, responsive relationships with families and colleagues
  • Collaborate with co-teachers and participate in team planning
  • Maintain a safe, organized classroom aligned with licensing standards
  • Engage in ongoing reflection and professional growth

Qualifications

  • EEC certification required (Massachusetts) or willing to obtain
  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
  • Experience in early childhood classrooms preferred
  • Strong understanding of child development and play-based learning
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Warm, dependable, and growth-oriented mindset

Compensation & Benefits

  • $22–$26/hour, based on experience and qualifications
