Job Description

We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team and learn the fundamentals of composite production in the Filming area. This entry-level role is designed to give you hands-on experience with production machinery, including setup, safe operation, monitoring, and basic maintenance. You’ll receive training on quality control standards and gain the skills needed to advance into higher-level roles. This is a fast paced, highly rewarding position with a successful and long-standing company in the Tacoma-Frederickson area, and offers excellent compensation and benefits, as well as opportunities for advancement. Compensation

Schedule:
2-2-3 Schedule from 5:45am to 6:00pm (Day Shift) / 5:45pm - 6:00am (Night Shift)
This refers to a 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off rotating schedule, and this would be the same for night and day shift. These are 12-hour shifts.
